Just place your shoes in any bag (for example, a plastic bag or shopping bag) and leave it outside your door at the scheduled pickup time.

If your building requires a gate code or has any special pickup instructions, please add them in the pickup address field at checkout.

Full upper, midsole, and outsole cleaning
Lace removal and wash
Insole wipe and deodorization
Gentle drying and repackaging in a dust bag or protective wrap

We don’t perform factory-level restorations, repainting, or structural repairs.

Because our service is customized and starts immediately after pickup, refunds aren’t available once cleaning begins.

However, we offer a free re-clean guarantee if your shoes don’t meet expectations.
